Pantry offers:
♦Charcuterie boards made to order, both in a smaller size (1-2 people) or a sharing size (2-3 people).
♦Gourmet sandwiches, including gooey grilled cheeses and sandwiches smothered in imported Swiss Raclette cheese.
♦A retail shop stocked with upscale food and home items, many sourced from local small vendors out of PA/NJ
♦Kombucha on-tap from Portch tea (Emmaus, PA)
♦Catering for parties large and small- from to-go trays to large grazing boards set up at your event.
What kind of Lunchables do you have?
Individual and Sharing Charcuterie Boards
We have pre-designed boards that we make to order, or you can Choose Your Own Adventure if you’re feeling crazy. Boards can be eaten here at the Trolley Barn, perhaps paired with wine, beer, or a cocktail from our other vendors. Or you can take one to go and eat it with friends at a party (or just at home in your jammies. No judgment of the night cheese here).
Gourmet Sandwiches
We have some upgraded classics (think Caprese, but make it burrata) and we are constantly coming up with new Pantry Creations- how does an upgraded grilled cheese with peaches, thyme, and honey sound…?
What about parties or large gatherings or someone with a big appetite?
Catering and Grazing Board Offerings
We have a catering menu for large parties (10 or more) that offers sandwich platters, large boards, or grazing tables set up at your venue. We also offer an in-person Raclette service.
